Deep, even warmth across the whole lower abdomen — sixty red and infrared LEDs in a flexible pad, held in place by an elastic wrap strap.

Press the button once and it runs for fifteen minutes, then switches itself off. Press again for thirty, again for forty-five. It goes on over a t-shirt, in bed or in a chair, and it powers off any USB wall plug, laptop or power bank.

The pad is one size and the strap adjusts, so it moves to a lower back, a knee, a shoulder or an elbow whenever you want it there instead.

When should I use it?
Most people use it in the last quarter of an hour before bed, sitting on the edge of the bed or in a chair. There is no wrong time — it is fifteen minutes.

Does it get hot?
It gets warm, not hot. It is designed to be worn against a t-shirt for a full session without watching the clock.

Do I still take the capsules?
Yes. The capsules are the part that works on the sediment itself. The belt is warmth and light over the same area while they do.

Is it safe to use every day?
It is built for daily use, and the timer means a session always ends on its own.
